Spending Easter in this hotel was amazing! the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. the beautiful alpine valley was breathtaking, and we loved driving to the lifts. the staff was so friendly and welcoming, especially Lucas who went above and beyond for us. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, including the warm indoor swimming pool, which was perfect for our children.
There were some things we didn't like as much. We were hoping for some availability to food after hours, but it wasn't an option.

Staff could improve their friendliness toward all guests, not just certain individuals.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in a charming alpine valley that felt like something out of a fairy tale. The rooms were cosy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The highlight of my stay was definitely the 5-course gourmet dinner, which exceeded all expectations. The hotel also had excellent spa facilities including a warm indoor swimming pool that was suitable for both adults and children. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of comfort and quality services provided.

Our weekend stay was amazing. The hotel offered impeccable hygiene and free parking facilities. The location was quiet and nestled in a fairy-tale like village in a beautiful alpine valley. The rooms were cosy, and the 5-course gourmet dinner was perfect. We enjoyed the nice spa facilities with a warm indoor swimming pool which was suitable for children.
it would have been nice to have boot dryer facilities in the ski room. Nonetheless, despite these minor issues, we had a great weekend stay, and the staff was extremely pleasant and professional when offering suggestions and addressing our concerns.
